Stella Di Mare Country Club

Location & Description:

On almost 3,500,000m² of agricultural land, this country retreat, located in Khatatba area on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road at KM 67, allows residents to try their hand at agricultural farming as each villa is assigned about 4,000m² of arable land.

The 2 phase project consists of 663 villas with sizes ranging from 120m² to 200m², an equestrian club on 56,000m², a commercial centre and sports facilities.
